I am an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist whose original start in complementary health care was as a massage therapist. I was in acupuncture practice in Portland, Maine, for many years and in 2004 moved to Bellingham because I’d been coming out here to visit my farmer daughter and fell in love with the area, and I wanted easier winters. As slick as the city streets sometimes get for a few days here, the winters are much easier!
This blog is to replace the paper newsletters I used to put out periodically in my practice. I see it as a way to pass on info, news, and ideas, not only about acupuncture and Chinese medicine but about things that catch my fancy … and that I think might interest others.
